Product Info & Processes

We are excited to help you create an exceptional product! We use only the finest materials and equipment to ensure you are pleased with a top-quality, cost-effective product. All of our products are hotstamped and/or engraved on a laminated plastic, which comes in a wide variety of colors. Because we cut our own plastic, we have the capability to provide different sizes tailored to meet your needs. The plastic is 1/16" thick; it is strong and durable, but not bulky. We also carry a line of outdoor plastic more suitable for outdoor signage.

Processes

We utilize two main processes:

• Hotstamping: Hotstamping is used to stamp your logo on a badge. We use your vector artwork, supplied to us as an .eps file, to have a zinc die made. Our machines heat the die and imprint the crisp, clear logo on the badge. We inventory numerous colors of foil that allow you to further customize your logo. Our foils include a top coat that helps protect the logo. Choose this method for enhancing your name badge.
• Engraving: Names and titles (or other personalization) is engraved into the badge. The engraver smoothly cuts out the letters; the color on the back of the badge shows through. Engraving can only be one color.

Delivery

Once we have received your artwork (for new orders), please allow 10-14 working days for shipment of most orders. Time of shipment may be affected by use of non-stock materials or foils. For established customers, most orders ship within 2 working days.
